 Today we didn't do much the teacher was not here.I mostly did some of my other teachers work.After that i had gone to sleep.It was a good day.

 Today was the first day back from spring break.i learned today about planning for a trip on a budget.Also how cheap prices could be to get a plane ticket. Today was a good day.

 

 

 Today we had did some book work.The work was not  hard to do and it got done really quick.After that we had chilled the rest of the class . today was a good day.

 Today we had finished our presentations up.There where only two more groups left and they did good.After that we did our bell ringer and class ended .today was a good day

 Today we presented our projects.My project was about the bulkhead city proposal. The slides where messing up and making our project look bad.We got through it and it wassent that bad but it could've been better.Today was a good day.

 Today we learned more about argumentative essay writing.we learned that there are three positions that you can take support,refute,and quality.we made a practice argument about school uniforms being needed.The side that i was on was not wearing uniforms .Today was a good day.

 today we learned more about pathos,ethos,and logos.we watched a few ads and figured out which of the three the  appeals  it was.We also learned about argumentative claims.the claims are fact,value,and policy.today was a good day.

 Today we learned about process of elimination .we learned that two of the four answers are completely wrong.one will be almost right and the other will be the best answer .today was a good day.

 Today we did some book work .the work took almost the whole class to complete it made me have to think for real .i know i prolly messed a few questions not that many things tho. today was a good day .

 Today we we did our bell ringer and had a conversation that took most of the class.Then we went and read some more of our book.That was all we did today.today was a good day

 Today we finished the last question of the benchmark.It was an essay we had to complete it was easy to me to do.i think i did good on it in my opinion.today was a good day.

 Today in class we had to take a bench mark test.I was really tired and i kept passing out in middle of the test.the questions weren't hard but sense i had to read a lot of stores i might have got some wrong.Ion think i did so good on it tho but ima have to just wait and see. It was an OK day.

 Hey my name is virgil Burney and im a garbage collector.Every day i have to wake up and be on the back of the truck and collect the garbage. ive  asked my manager to let me drive the truck because im capable but he says no  everytime .it may be because of my race most black folk are on the back collecting the garbage while the whites drive.I do not  like this job but its the only thing ive been able to get into.The other alternative job i have is a mechanic or store type of job.But this is my life and what i do to make it by and its somthing that can keep food on the table for my family.

 today we read the book fences by august Allen .its about a guy named troy what we read about it he has a wife named rose and also a son and bestfreind. by the sounds of it his cheating on his wife with a girl named Alberta .and his son wants to be a rapper but his 28 and still has no song nor a job.today was a good day.

 Today we read the poem out out by Robert frost.it was about a boy who grew up to quickly doing a grown persons job when he needed to be doing what children are supposed to do.In the story the child dies from a saw while thinking about playing.it is important for children to be able to be children and not grow up fast this is what i get from this poem.Today was a good day.

 Today we learned about central idea vs theme.central idea is what the text is about while theme is the moral of the story.we then read a few short stores and had to find the them.we also watched two short films and had to figure out the themes to them.Today was a good day.

 Today i started writing my origin myth.at first i was having trouble with how to begin the story and how i would want to compose all the information.I had to switch some of the main characters around and i think i may have to change it again later on so the story will be more impact full. I did get done with first paragraph and now on my second one.Today was an good day.

 We had got a project today about writing an origin myth that is due on Monday before seven a.m.with telling us this the teacher showed us his origin myth that was pretty good.I had started my brain storming for ideas for my origin  myth but it did take sometime to do.I didn't get to writing it yet but i do think i will do good with it.Today was an ok day.
